The purpose of the treatment is the management of full members, volunteers, and followers of the ANC in order to keep in touch and send communications and activities of the organization that may be of the user’s interest.
The legal basis that protects the treatment of the data is the free consent of the user, which can be revoked at any time. The data will be preserved for the duration of this consent.
The user is any person connected with the ANC and who has consented to become a full member, a volunteer, or a follower and to receive communications about ANC’s activities.
The data the organization has are those provided by the user through forms, and others that may be provided later by the person directly, such as account number, birth date or postal address.
The data will only be available/provided to the person and/or departments of the ANC that require them in order to carry out their work-related tasks.
The data will not be shared with any third parties.
Through a request to the data manager, every user has the right to access his or her data, to rectify or delete them, to limit or even refuse their treatment, as well as the portability rights of his or her data.
Any user can submit a complaint to the controlling authority, the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
